Retail Site Preview

You can see card text, condition, etc. right there on the site.

The core of the retail site runs on Crystal Commerce, so if you’ve shopped for Magic the Gathering at other major online stores before, you’ll already be familiar with the basic experience.

That’s just the start! Over the coming weeks, we’ll be adding sealed product such as booster card packs, dual decks, deck boxes, and more! We’ll also be adding buy lists so that you can see what cards we’re looking for.

It’s not just Magic the Gathering

We’ve got board games coming up too! Next time you want to get your hands on a classic board game like The Settlers of Catan, or a great family game like Exploding Kittens, check out our web store before you go anywhere else!

Adding our entire library of games to the store is going to be an ongoing process, so if you don’t see something that you’re looking for right away, send us an email, and we may very well have it in stock. Even if we don’t have it on hand, we can order a wide variety of games from our suppliers.

Buffy Game

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Board Game was playtested right here at The Round Table, and designed by Lynnvander Studios, a company that shares some of our key team members. Now, the game is officially released, and available on our shelves to play and to buy! The fully cooperative game for 1 to 6 players can be played in 40 to 60 minutes, and revolves around Buffy and the rest of the Scoobie gang protecting Sunnydale from vampires and demons while trying to resolve the Big Bad’s plot. Familiar Monsters of the Week also make an appearance, with Darla terrorizing Sunnydale, or Sweet, the dancing demon, forcing you to sing or take wounds! There are 6 playable characters, 6 Big Bads to face off against, and the selection of Monsters of the Week changes each time the game is played!

Lynnvander Studios has put together a separate article about the release of the game, and even included some images of the components, and a playthrough video. For a more in-depth look at the game, check out that article here.

Interested in the game yet? If so, come check it out at The Round Table. We’ve got it available to play, and many of the people that designed the game can be found here on a regular basis, and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the game.
